After I originally commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the exact same
comment. Is there an easy method you are able to remove me from that service?

I can only see the people I invited to receive my comments. I cannot see others from my dashboard. However, WordPress says it is simple to cancel receiving posts. I am sorry you are having this problem.
